Support in sub-award modification of implementing partner and ensure compliance monitoring and safeguard of project assets including data safety and security in line with the FHI 360 guideline.</li> <li>Manage a team of program and technical staff and work closely with the private and public sector actors including regular collaboration with the Family Welfare Division (FWD) for implementation of the project.</li> <li>Lead technical and organizational capacity strengthening of implementing partner and ensure high quality implementation of the project interventions.</li> <li>Explore innovative approaches including digital solutions reaching the unreached adolescent population with family planning (FP)/reproductive health (RH) information and services.</li> <li>Provide guidance to the implementing partner regularly to strengthen technical and managerial capacity appropriate to the local context.</li> <li>Regularly monitor and support subordinates and project staff to ensure technical and managerial capacity building of the private sector service providers and facility owners to deliver quality, and client-centered services to adolescents and young people.</li> <li>Maintain close coordination with the government stakeholders, donors, external development partners, and other key local stakeholders, which include other FP partners including the private sector actors and donor.</li> <li>Review global and regional developments regularly particularly in public private partnership on FP/RH including good practices and lessons learned and provide regular technical updates to the project staff, government counterparts, and collaborating partners.</li> <li>Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in virtual/digital environment and in different time zones across the globe.</li> <li>Represent FHI 360 Nepal in the external meetings among the stakeholders and partners.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned by the CoP and Country Director</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in public health or social sciences or other relevant subject or its international equivalent, with five to seven years of experience of managing health projects especially managing FP/RH program engaging private sector health facilities and pharmacies is highly desirable.</li> <li>Three to five years’ experience in the managerial position such as Deputy Project Director/Deputy Chief of Party or equivalent with experience in programmatic and financial management, compliance and quality assurance of donor-funded program and working with non-governmental organization (NGO), experience in handing USAID projects will be preferrable.</li> <li>Experience in the national FP/RH program including health financing, system strengthening, private sectors engagement and public private partnership.</li> <li>Capable to manage diverse team and able to maintain the team spirit and creating positive work environment.</li> <li>Experience in working effectively across various teams within the project and organization, and building and sustaining positive working relationships with NGOs, private sectors, government and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Proactive in managing multiple tasks, managing and working in virtual work environment, and flexible and open for managing time for working with different teams in different time zones as needed</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, team building and management, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent oral and written English and Nepali including documentation skills.</li> </ul>
