SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited (SJLIC) is the result of a merger between two existing life‑insurance companies in Nepal: Surya Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and Jyoti Life Insurance Co. Ltd.. The merger was approved and took effect with joint operations commencing from 22 December 2022.
