HTR provides full lifecycle consultancy / engineering services particularly focused on hydropower and underground / tunnel structures. Main services include:

• Project identification, reconnaissance, feasibility and pre‑feasibility studies 

• Detailed design (engineering & structural) of hydropower components, tunnels, underground structures, etc. 

• Project planning and technical advisory (risk assessment, technical audits) 

• Implementation supervision, quality control, operation and maintenance 

• Investigation, testing, geotechnical/geophysical/material testing & analysis for stability, safety, etc.

• Super Lower Bagmati Hydropower Project (~42 MW) – design works 

• Multiple hydropower projects of varying scale (from small to large MW) across Nepal, including underground structure designs, rock/tunnel works etc.
