Performs quarterly reviews of supplier’s business and financial performance and strategic business direction. Analyze issues at supply market level and supply chain level.</li> <li>Back ground of engineering and a Master’s in Business or Economics or Law with knowledge in various Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, high level of general computer skills, MS Office (Excel), ERP.</li> <li>Need to have demonstrated commercial acumen in the engineering and construction environment.</li> <li>Minimum 15+ years of experience in both operational and strategic procurement team, and experience in a mid to senior level procurement with significant interaction with purchasing category leadership teams.</li> <li>The key areas where he/she can make an impact would be leadership procurement, enhancement and development of the procurement team, contribution in P&L by cost management initiatives, and build a strong collaborative network with internal and external business clients.</li> </ul>
