Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with international wholesale buyers.
  • Drive wholesale sales through Etsy, Faire, and other B2B platforms.
  • Understand customer needs, negotiate deals, and close orders.
  • Share Né Nepal’s story and vision effectively to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the product team to manage order timelines and custom requests.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between production, logistics, and customer requirements.
  • Analyze sales data and suggest strategies to improve performance.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and B2B events when required.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in handmade or craft industries.
  • Hands-on experience with Etsy, Faire, and other wholesale platforms.
  • Strong ability to convince, engage, and close sales.
  • Passion for handmade and artisanal products.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple international accounts and work with production teams.
  • Knowledge of export processes, pricing, and logistics is a plus.
