Job Description
- Develop and implement a sales plan and meet the monthly sales target of the branch.
- Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests.
- Meet operations/logistics targets of the branch to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services.
- Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to branch’s customers, both at the field and those visiting the branch office.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Responsible for the overall operation of the branch including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration.
- To supervise installation and troubleshoot of Fiber, FTTH and Wireless connectivity.
Other Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 1 year experience in a team leading position with proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
- Working Knowledge of sales, admin, and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage.
- Mature, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
- Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
- Own vehicle and driving license.
