Research and create a clean, user-friendly, and visually appealing design - Design creative graphics content for websites. - Design and Customize Landing Pages - Convert non-functional UI mockups into responsive cross-browser compatible web pages. - Communicate with business to gather requirements, express ideas, and collaborate throughout the processes. - Collaborate with the team through creative briefs and deliver excellent designs and monitor results. - Evolve our design process, tools, and systems to ensure we are creating great, consistent work. Qualifications - At Least 2+ years experience in the UI/UX field or similar. - Demonstrable experience of mentoring junior UI/UX engineers - In-depth knowledge of design fundamentals and processes - Proficient in Adobe Suite, Figma(Preferred). - Proficient in HTML, CSS, SASS. - Ability to work both independently and in a collaboration with the development & marketing team. - Knowledge of current designs, trends, and techniques. - Knowledge about page layout, typography, color theory, and aesthetic design concepts - Dedicated and hardworking to meet the deadlines. - Flexible, responsible, and focused on the assigned job. - Ability to solve problems and take initiative. - Excellent communication skills. - Have a strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases individual design aesthetics.
