Major Responsibilities by Department:

1. Trainee – Dark Store:

• Product Catalogue Management: Ensure accurate and complete product listings, including images and descriptions.
• Market Research & Analytics: Conduct market research, analyze product movement, and assist with demand forecasting.
• Operational Efficiency: Improve product categories and streamline operations.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor relationships and product information.
• Administrative Tasks: Support various operational and vendor-related activities.

2. Associate – Brand and Marketing:

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and on-ground activations.
• Corporate Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with partners for brand visibility.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between marketing, operations, and regional teams.
• Market Research & Insights: Gather customer preferences and competitor analysis to enhance marketing strategies.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign performance and prepare reports for improvements.

3. Customer Service Representative (CSR):

• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone and provide product/service recommendations.
• Order Processing: Manage online and telephonic orders.
• Delivery Coordination: Effectively mobilize delivery staff.
• Service Quality: Ensure high customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company offerings and resolve customer issues efficiently.

4. Business Development:

• Market Research: Identify and research potential restaurant partners.
• Outreach: Communicate with restaurant owners via calls, emails, and visits to present Foodmandu’s value proposition.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with paperwork and coordinate onboarding.
• Data Tracking: Maintain a lead database and report progress.
• Strategic Support: Help refine outreach strategies and improve onboarding efficiency.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree running / completed;
