Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement in-store visual displays that elevate brand presence and drive sales.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.
- Ensure consistency of brand presentation and merchandising standards across all store locations.
- Conduct regular market/store visits to evaluate execution and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage merchandising budgets, track inventory, and recommend product flow adjustments.
- Stay updated on merchandising trends and competitor activities to refine trade strategies.
- Ensure all installations comply with brand guidelines, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand expression.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with visual planning tools is a plus.
