- Analyze tender requirements, prepare winning bids, and ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate with technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government agencies, project consultants, and procurement authorities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tender outcomes to adjust strategies.
