Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in tender sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction machinery sector.
  • Proven track record of successful tender wins and contract negotiations.
  • In-depth knowledge of public procurement guidelines and documentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tender tracking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end tendering process for heavy equipment sales (CASE brand) in government, semi-government, and large institutional projects.
  • Analyze tender requirements, prepare winning bids, and ensure timely submissions.
  • Coordinate with technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government agencies, project consultants, and procurement authorities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tender outcomes to adjust strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets through tender wins and project-based sales initiatives
