- Minimum completion of Higher Secondary Education (+2) and preferably pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of 1-2 years in tele calling or customer service, preferably in a consultancy, bank, or insurance company
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently engage with clients.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients or customers to introduce our services
- Clearly explain our services and address any queries or concerns they may have
- Maintain accurate and detailed call logs of all customer interactions
- Update customer information and details in our database
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments with potential clients
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery to clients
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set by the organization
