  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise-level technical support is desirable.
