• Communication with clients

Other Specification

• Understanding of core banking solution software and its technical aspects. 
• They should be able to troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose, problems, and provide solutions
• Candidate should have strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• The candidate should be able to analyse complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
• Basic knowledge of SQL is not mandatory; however, prior experience with SQL will be considered an added advantage.
• Should have good communication skills
• Candidates experienced in related field would be preferred (added benefits)
