Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Masters Degree qualification, preferably in an Education related field but this is not essential.
• A minimum of two years work experience within an Educational setting; Teacher, Headmaster, teaching leadership position etc.
• Ability to work in a team and to sometimes tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment Very good mastering of English and Nepali (both verbal and written)
• Comfortable with frequent trips to the field, long hours of travel and working remotely.
• Efficiency working on a laptop with experience writing reports and project proposals is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with people outside the organisation, representing the organisation to potential donors, the public, government officials etc.
• Proficient in the use of computer applications related to the tasks
• Good interpersonal skills and non-judgmental
• High attention to details
• Self-organised, highly motivated and working team spirit.
• Self-guided and result-oriented.
