Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, and other statutory compliance documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash and expense reports.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Utilize accounting software to streamline bookkeeping processes.
