Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting and administration, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:
-Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payments.
-Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with company policies.
-Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
-Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
-Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the plant.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
