Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in management with 4 years of relevant experience OR master’s degree / Professional Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing compliance audits, labor law adherence, union negotiation and HR policy governance.
- Proven experience preparing for and representing the organization with labor offices, courts, and regulatory bodies.
