Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support trade and outdoor visibility initiatives to drive brand awareness and reach.
- Assist in implementing brand messaging across retail and outdoor platforms through creative and effective executions.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams and HQ to gather visibility requirements, including in-store branding, fascia, wall paints, and temporary trade materials.
- Help execute regional visibility campaigns to address communication or product-specific awareness needs.
- Work with suppliers to ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Provide support in brand activations and sponsorships by managing logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.
- Assist in the standardization and maintenance of branding at Ncell centers.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage deliverables as per agreed scopes under supervision.
- Support budget tracking, documentation, and reporting for visibility and activation projects.
- Contribute to data collection and reporting to support ROI analysis and post-activity evaluations.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree with 2 years experience in the area of core brand and marketing management of FMCG product/category OR
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience
- Has good understanding of analytics frameworks to gauge the impact of brand/marketing activities in terms of sales/subscriber growth / ROI / business performance post brand investments
- Has a good understanding of the local consumer sentiment, industry trends across some/few consumer categories from which we can benefit as Ncell
Duty Station:
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs.
