Note: This role involves 70% fieldwork (capturing content on-site) and 30% office work (planning and managing content).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content Creation: Developing creative and high-quality content for TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms to highlight Build up Nepal's mission and activities.
• Social Media Planning: Strategizing and planning content calendars for regular and consistent posts on Facebook & Tiktok.
• Posting & Engagement: Managing and posting content on TikTok and Facebook, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in creating and editing TikTok videos, reels, or other short-form content.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts with engaging content.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure content performance and generate insights.
• Passion for working in the field and interacting with communities.
