- • Bachelor ‘s degree in related fields.
- • Proven experience as a Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, or similar role in the furniture or construction industry.
- • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- • Experience and deep understanding about furniture products (indoor, outdoor, etc.)
- • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- • Well-organize, ability to go into details, project management skills
- • Strong in communication and strong teamwork skills.
- • Ability to work under pressure, meet established timelines & high demanding levels.
- • High adaptability, able to switch quickly to new projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Specification
- Build the complete specifications including all product’s description & requirement (sketch, measurement, color, material, quality standard, function by collaborating with QA, Design, Supply chain & suppliers.
- • Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- • Conduct site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- • Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
- • Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good condition for installation.
- • Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to address any issues or changes in project scope.
- • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
