• • Bachelor ‘s degree in related fields.
• • Proven experience as a Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, or similar role in the furniture or construction industry.
• • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• • Experience and deep understanding about furniture products (indoor, outdoor, etc.)
• • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• • Well-organize, ability to go into details, project management skills
• • Strong in communication and strong teamwork skills.
• • Ability to work under pressure, meet established timelines & high demanding levels.
• • High adaptability, able to switch quickly to new projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Specification

•  Build the complete specifications including all product’s description & requirement (sketch, measurement, color, material, quality standard, function by collaborating with QA, Design, Supply chain & suppliers.
• • Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• • Conduct site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• • Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
• • Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good condition for installation.
• • Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to address any issues or changes in project scope.
• • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
