Jagdamba Construction & Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer – Heavy Equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy machinery and construction equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, etc.).
 Perform preventive maintenance and servicing to enhance equipment lifespan and efficiency.
 Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure machines meet company standards.
 Provide technical support and training to operators and mechanics on proper equipment usage.
 Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure timely availability of required components.
 Maintain detailed service reports, job cards, and records for all repair and maintenance activities.
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
 Assist in on-site troubleshooting and emergency repairs as needed.

Job Specifications:

Qualifications & Experience:

 Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
 3-5 years of experience in servicing heavy equipment (preferably in construction or industrial machinery).

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong technical knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
 Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
 Good communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
 Ability to work independently and handle on-site repairs under minimal supervision.

Other Requirements:

 Willingness to travel for on-site servicing and technical support.
 Physically fit and capable of working in workshop and field environments.
 Valid driving license
