• Must have completed Bachelor’s degree on Biomedical, electronics engineering and related Field. Candidate with BMET degree can also apply.
• Must have a learning attitude and willingness to travel
• Problem solving attitude
• Fluent in Nepali and English language both verbal and written
• Should have good communication skills
• Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Should be flexible for frequent travelling out of their main station

Job Description

• Attend service and application call for Laboratory Diagnostics Equipment inside and outside Kathmandu Valley
• Guide user for application support and travel to site as an when required
• Take ownership of customer issue and provide prompt service.
• Maintain as service log book and report all service and application calls to supervisor
• Attend regular/periodic service and application call
