Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all purchasing activities related to raw materials, machinery parts, consumables, and services.
- Source and develop a robust supplier base locally and internationally to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to optimize costs while ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct regular vendor evaluations and audits to assess quality, reliability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with production, inventory, quality, and finance teams to ensure procurement aligns with operational needs.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and material availability to make proactive purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procurement best practices, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Other Specification

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing procurement.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and negotiation in a factory setup.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of industrial safety, compliance, and quality standards
