Job Description

• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.
• Campaign Management: Lead the design, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, identify trends, and analyze competitor activity.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Brand Management: Develop and maintain strong brand guidelines and ensure they are adhered to across all marketing materials and channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives and sales goals.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the maximum ROI for all marketing initiatives.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, provide regular reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services or hire purchase industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
• Experience in brand positioning, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
