• Teach English language and literature courses to secondary level students
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments
• Engage students in interactive and innovative learning methods
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist in curriculum development and revision
• Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement cross-curricular activities
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support as needed
• Communicate with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
• Participate in school events and activities as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and grades
• Attend faculty meetings and professional development sessions

Other Specification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English with a focus on Education
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of and familiarity with the secondary level English curriculum
• Energetic, progressive, and cooperative attitude towards teaching
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process
• High moral values and a passion for education
