- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve business goals.
Job Requirements
- Qualification : Bachelor Degree
- Experience- 2-3 years of work experience in Sales of FMCG industry (preferably in an MNC
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
