  • Allocate targets for General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) teams.
  • Identify and onboard new distribution channels and retail outlets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop strategic actions.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting tools.
  • Knowledge of FMCG distribution networks and market dynamics.
