Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and provide information on travel products, itineraries, pricing, and availability.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Documentation: Prepare and present sales contracts, itineraries, and other relevant documents accurately.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service delivery and offerings.
