- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely DO collection.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
- Conduct client visits and presentations to promote products/services.
- Ensure a healthy sales pipeline by continuously following up on leads and inquiries.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for seamless order processing and delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports regularly to management.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; experience in sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
