• Provide detailed information about the materials, designs, and features of ALAMKARA’s jewelry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent after-sales service.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
• Manage the store’s inventory, keeping track of stock levels and assisting with replenishment.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment.
• Stay updated on jewelry trends and product knowledge.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
