Job Description
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients by showcasing the value of services.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting our services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to provide insights and recommendations to the management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and present sales and relationship reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Frequent visits to the clients for professionally representing the company and communicating regarding the services provided by the company.
- Perform work as assigned by the supervisor/HOD timely and effectively.
