Responsibilities:

• Promoting and selling our products to distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the Nepali market.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and target the right customer segments.
• Participating in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to showcase our products.
• Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Staying updated on the latest market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop innovative strategies to boost sales.

Requirements:

• High School degree in a related field.
• Must have 2 years of experience in a related field (Steel and Home appliance).
• Knowledge of the Nepali market and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
• Should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.

Note: Preference shall be given to candidates having two-wheelers with a valid license.
