Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the event management, hospitality, or venue booking industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, Google Ads) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell DECC’s event venues (wedding halls, conference halls, exhibition spaces) to potential clients.
- Identify and engage with corporate clients, event planners, wedding organizers, and individuals to generate bookings.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase DECC’s facilities and services.
- Develop and implement creative sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for digital promotions, social media campaigns, and offline advertising.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
