Job Description
- Regularly visit travel agencies to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure room bookings and partnerships.
- Provide travel agencies with up-to-date information on hotel promotions, packages, and rates.
- Promote hotel rooms on OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, and others to maximize visibility and bookings.
- Monitor and optimize OTA listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, photos, and competitive pricing.
- Analyze OTA performance and implement strategies to improve rankings and conversion rates.
- Manage the hotel’s social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including promotions, events, and guest testimonials.
- Respond to guest inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and analyze booking records to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, occupancy rates, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate with the hotel team to create special packages, events, and promotions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential business partners.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
