  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in similar recruitment agencies, talent acquisition, or HR coordination wiith proven record is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English & Local Language with good computer work.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet target & deadlines through effective reach out to nexus.
  • Able and willing to conduct frequent field visits to make each recruitment drive successful.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for identifying & recruiting top talents.

Job Description

This vacancy is for Kathmandu and Branch Offices-Itahari, Birtamod, Chitwan, Sarlahi, Janakpur, Pokhara & Butwal. Qualified Candidates are requested to send a cover letter stating their preferred location at gopal@theriveroverseas.com. The Recruitment Representative/Coordinator will be responsible for identifying sources, conduct sourcing, recruitment and selecting candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting hiring managers in staffing needs. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple recruitment channels, and a proactive approach to identifying the best talent for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various job openings within the organization.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Manage job postings on multiple platforms and monitor applicant responses.
  • Assist in planning and organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and door to door hiring programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to the management team.
