Job Description
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle email and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain front desk, reception area, and appointment schedules.
- Perform basic administrative tasks and data entry using MS Office or Google tools.
- Communicate effectively in English and Nepali.
- Be punctual, well-organized, and ready to assist the counseling team when needed
Preferred Skills:
- Friendly and well-spoken individual with basic computer skills,
- able to manage front desk tasks, handle calls, and greet visitors professionally.
- Must be organized, punctual, and quick to learn.
