Job Description

  • Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
  • Proactively establishes and maintains highly organized filing system, files correspondence and other records
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Ensure office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Other Specification
  • Intermediate (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
