Job Description
- Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
- Proactively establishes and maintains highly organized filing system, files correspondence and other records
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Ensure office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Other Specification
- Intermediate (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good time management skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
