Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain documentation and filing systems
- Prepare and organize reports, memos, and other office documents
- Perform data entry and manage records using MS Word and Excel
- Assist in internal and external communication
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Provide support to the admin and HR departments as needed
Note: Candidates must have 2-wheeler vehicles with valid licences
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Proficient in Nepali typing
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Email handling and professional correspondence skills
- Friendly, well-mannered, and customer-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
