- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and candidates
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Keep track of office supplies and order as needed
- Assist with various projects as assigned by management

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role is a plus
