Responsibilities:

• Tasks as assigned by the Supervisor (PC)
• Take part in other organization-wide events/activities
• Get the training, develop skills, and contribute
•  Coordination with the principal of D.P. Believers School
• Hold accountable with the Supervisor and team members
• Teamwork and cooperation among team members
• Punctuality and confidentiality
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English and Nepali language (both written and spoken)
• Good at dealing with others in terms of coordination
• Proactiveness and dedication towards the work
• Serve a cup of juice/ tea to every youth joining DZ
• Serve snacks to youths joining the weekly CST

Note:

• Preference will be given to those who have experience among youths aged 13-24.
• Due to the nature of work, male candidates residing in Dharan are highly encouraged to apply
