Main Duties

• Project Management & Execution
• Direct and oversee the on-site implementation of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Analyze, interpret, and execute project plans, SLDs, and technical schematics.
• Installation Oversight
• Manage the installation processes for Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs) and Ring Main Units (RMUs).
• Coordinate the erection and commissioning of transformers and LT panels.
• Ensure earthing system installations align with established standards.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Verify that all activities conform to applicable electrical regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
• Carry out quality inspections during and post-installation to confirm adherence to project specifications.
• Coordination & Documentation
• Work in conjunction with contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate uninterrupted project workflow.
• Compile daily/weekly progress updates and report status to management.
• Issue Resolution
• Recognize and tackle on-site challenges, applying effective solutions to prevent project setbacks.

Essential Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 1-2 years in the execution of electrical system projects.

Technical Competencies

• Proficient comprehension of Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Practical experience with VCBs, RMUs, transformers, LT panels, and earthing systems.
• Acquainted with electrical codes and safety regulations.

Interpersonal Skills

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

Additional Requirements

• Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software (preferred but not essential).
