Job Description

• Direct and oversee all operational and project management functions, ensuring the successful delivery of telecommunications services and projects. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, resource optimization, and team leadership
• Key Responsible person for maintaining the monthly KPI  for FLM & Fiber accordingly to acceptance documentation
• Ensure all team synergy and team work 
• Lead and direct complex telecommunications projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize service delivery, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead high-performing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services and materials.
• Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets and operational expenses, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations and projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
