- Strong evidence of experience in work with the Government and inclusive education at local level
- Master’s degree in Education or any discipline
- Team building, collaboration, facilitation and leadership skills
- Understanding of child rights and safeguarding programming that takes an empowerment approach including community-led activities and advocacy
- Understanding programme logic, programme design, and programme cycle including project planning, design, monitoring, evaluation
- Demonstrated high capacity to coordinate effectively and build strong working relationships with wide range of people and departments
- Demonstrated experience in documentation including reports, standard operating procedures
- Experience of minimum 2 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Planning and budgeting
- Lead effective project planning and budgeting, ensuring timely implementation and alignment with project goals.
- Oversee monitoring, reporting, and documentation of project activities, outcomes and financial expenditures.
- Capacity Development of staffs and stakeholders through training, mentorship and technical support.
Coordination, Collaboration and networking
- Liaison with the relevant stakeholders, and government officials for the effective implementation of the project.
- Build, coordinate, and maintain partnerships with community members and education system stakeholders at the project site (Godawari and Budhanilkantha Municipality), including members of community, civil society, Organizations for People with Disabilities (OPDs) and other relevant stakeholders.
Field Work Planning and Implementation.
- Coordinate and supervise the various field teams.
- Plan and oversee the daily activities of the team.
- Ensure quality of fieldwork through regular supervisory visits.
- Support fieldwork site travel and logistics for the data collection on participants and implementation.
- Monitor the fieldwork progress and provide an effective solution.
- Facilitate and coordinate the daily project activities and plays a critical role in the conduct of the project.
- Communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency.
- Lead routine meetings and report pertinent information to and from team members.
Others
- Assist in the submission of accurate and timely closeout documents to applicable regulatory and sponsoring agencies.
- Develop a project management plan to include details of developing and monitoring all aspects of a project.
- Promote the ethical conduct of the project.
- Attend trainings /meetings whenever needed related to the project.
- Participate and assist in all ACNS activities in need.
