- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present production reports to upper management.
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Other Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise large team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must have engineering Background.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a manufacturing or production management role.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and health & safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
