Job Description

• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment for young learners.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support early childhood development.
• Guide and support children in social, cognitive, and physical development through structured play and learning.
• Communicate with parents and guardians about children's progress and development.
• Ensure the classroom is well-organized, clean, and equipped with necessary materials.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to promote holistic development, including activities that enhance literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social skills.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
• Develop an age-appropriate curriculum based on educational standards and learning objectives.
• Assess student progress through observation, informal assessments, and formal evaluations, providing timely feedback to students and parents.

Note:The candidate should possess qualifications as a pre-primary teacher, with a preference for those willing to assume responsibilities as a playgroup teacher as well.
