• Oversee and manage all aspects of plant operations, including maintenance, repairs, and supervision of operations.
• Provide leadership and direction to all employees at the site office.
• Understand and review drawings to ensure proper execution of repair and maintenance works according to required quality standards.
• Supervise power plant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Utilize knowledge and expertise in using electrical equipment to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali to effectively communicate with team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Monitor and report on plant performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.

Other Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from recognised university
• At least 4 years of experience in relevant field preferred in hydropower (project in operation)
• Should lead all the employee of site office
• Understand drawings and check as required for execution
• Repair and Maintenance works and check if the works are according to the drawings along with the required quality
• Supervision of power plant operations
• Knowledge to use electrical equipment
• High level of verbal and written communication skills both in English and Nepali etc.
