- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Experience in loan processing and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proven track record of effectively managing financial operations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Manage loan processing and payment related to financing for the organization
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure loans and manage repayment schedules
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the finance and accounts department
