- Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, mail, and packages.
- Deliver documents and parcels between departments or to external parties as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of confidential or sensitive materials.
- Assist with photocopying, filing, and other clerical duties when needed.
- Run office errands such as purchasing supplies, depositing checks, or picking up items.
- Maintain logs of deliveries and receipts when necessary.
- Support administrative staff in routine tasks and office maintenance.
- Keep messenger bag or materials organized and secure at all times.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Other Specification
- High school diploma in management.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
