Job Description

• Deploy and actively inspect the overall network infrastructure.
• Oversee the safe installation of hardware and cabling systems.
• Quick response to issues and escalation to concerned departments.
• Tracking and documenting network infrastructure-related issues and compiling a report.
• Troubleshoot issues related to network/system infrastructure.
• Resolve any escalated concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Appropriate escalation to the appropriate departments and vendor.

Note: 

• A two-wheeler and a valid driver's license are required.
• Should be able to work in all shifts and under pressure.

Other Specification

• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer engineering, or awaiting results
• Experience: 1 year + of experience in the specified field in ISP
• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of hardware and networking, including OLTs, carrier-grade routers, and switches. CCNA certification would be advantageous.
