Job Description
- Deploy and actively inspect the overall network infrastructure.
- Oversee the safe installation of hardware and cabling systems.
- Quick response to issues and escalation to concerned departments.
- Tracking and documenting network infrastructure-related issues and compiling a report.
- Troubleshoot issues related to network/system infrastructure.
- Resolve any escalated concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Appropriate escalation to the appropriate departments and vendor.
Note:
- A two-wheeler and a valid driver's license are required.
- Should be able to work in all shifts and under pressure.
Other Specification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer engineering, or awaiting results
- Experience: 1 year + of experience in the specified field in ISP
- Technical skills: Basic knowledge of hardware and networking, including OLTs, carrier-grade routers, and switches. CCNA certification would be advantageous.
