- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the modern trade channel.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts.
- Negotiate terms, annual contracts, and promotional agreements with retailers.
- Develop trade marketing initiatives, product displays, and in-store branding.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and prepare periodic reports for review.
Job Specification
- Proven success in managing and growing key accounts in modern trade.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and building strong retailer relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with business planning and joint marketing program experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales data, identifying trends, and crafting actionable strategies.
- Ability to forecast sales and manage budgets.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in modern trade in the FMCG sector.
- MBA or a relevant Bachelor’s degree is required.
